IMPORTANT REMINDERS
ENROLLMENT RESOURCES

Open Enrollment is the only time you can make changes to your benefits decisions each year, unless you experience a qualifying life event during the year.

This guide will outline all the different benefits Batesville Tool & Die offers, so you can identify which offerings are best for you and your family.

Elections made during open enrollment will be effective on December 1, 2025. If you have questions about any of the benefits mentioned in this guide, please reach out to HR.

What's New or Changing For 2025 - 2026?

What's New

Working Spouse Rule - Working spouses who are offered benefits through their employer are not eligible for the Batesville Tool & Die plan. The purpose of the working spouse rule is to share the costs of medical expense with other plans or insurance carriers when the spouse of an employee is eligible for medical coverage through the spouse's employer. If a spouse of an eligible employee is employed with a company that offers group medical insurance coverage and that spouse is eligible for that plan, the spouse will NOT be eligible for this plan.
