OPEN ENROLLMENT

Open enrollment is a short period each year when you can make changes to your benefits. This guide will outline all the different benefits Pathfinder Services offers, so you can identify which offerings are best for you and your family.

Elections made during open enrollment will be effective on January 1, 2026. If you have questions about any of the benefits mentioned in this guide, please reach out to Human Resources.

Changing your benefits?

Outside of open enrollment, you may be able to enroll or make changes to your benefit elections if you experience a qualifying life event (QLE) including:

  • Marriage, Divorce
  • Birth, Adoption
  • Death of Dependent
  • Change in Employment Status
  • Spouse's Open Enrollment
  • Loss of Medicaid or Medicare Eligibility

You must submit your change within 30 days of the event.

Who Is Eligible?

If you’re a full-time employee at Pathfinder Services, you’re eligible to enroll in the benefits outlined in this guide. Full-time employees are those who work 30 or more hours per week. In addition, the following family members are eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage:

  • Your legal spouse;
  • Children to age 26, this includes children, stepchildren, and adopted children.

When can I enroll?

You will first need to review this Digital Benefits Guide to understand the coverage currently available as a Pathfinder Services employee.

  • You will need to submit your elections for 2026 by logging into Paylocity to access Employee Navigator using your personal login information.
  • If you are a newly hired employee, you must enroll or waive coverage within 30 days from your date of hire. You will be required to provide supporting documentation.
  • Employees enrolling due to a qualifying event must enroll or waive coverage within 30 days from the date of the qualifying event. You will be required to provide supporting documentation.
