• If you have issues with your insurance being accepted at a provider, call the number on your Image360 ID Card while you are with your provider
• Once you have received care make sure you access your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) on the Imagine360 portal
• Compare the bill from your provider to your EOB. You should never pay more than the out-of-pocket amount listed on your EOB
